Arsenal Away Kit

These unique Nike photoshoot pictures show some of the current Arsenal heroes in full flight sporting the new shirt. Embracing design features such as a pinstripe and a polo collar inspired by the shirts worn by the all-conquering side of the 1930s. Inside the collar is a high-quality woven label that reads Arsenal, while crafted in to the side seam is a small blue label featuring two Arsenal cannons either side of the club motto, ‘Victoria Concordia Crescit,’ which means ‘Victory Comes From Harmony.’
The official new colour of the kit is Midnight Blue and will be complimented with matching midnight blue shorts with a Photo Blue stripe along the side. A white cannon is stitched in to the back of the shorts on the waist-band and is the kit is finished off with matching Midnight Blue socks with a Photo Blue stripe on the top band. Arsenal is printed on the calf to finish the look.

The shirt is made from Nike’s innovative Dri-Fit fabric, which keeps players drier, cooler and lighter by drawing sweat from the body to the fabric’s surface, while its three-dimensional construction gives more air space around the skin to reduce clinging. Arsenal have long been revered as one of English football’s most traditional and stylish clubs. The Londoners boast a rich heritage and have always sought to play football with flair and sophistication.
The new Arsenal away kit has been inspired by the London’s sartorial excellence and Arsenal’s proud history and iconic footballing style.
